When You Arrive

Overnight program participants may arrive at 6:45 p.m. the night of their stay. The program startspromptly at 7 p.m. in the Harborside Learning Lab. The program does not include dinner, so please make sure all guests eat before arriving. Please arrive at the Harborside Learning Lab, which is located at the single door facing the harbor at the southeast end of the Ocean Center (under the Boston Harbor Parking Garage).

When You Leave

The Overnight Program ends promptly at 9 a.m. Participants may visit the Aquarium for the remainder of the day if they wish. They are welcome to leave their items in the Harborside Learning Lab until 11 a.m. All items must be labeled with the owner’s name and phone number. The Aquarium is not liable for any items left in the Harborside Learning Lab. The building is kept locked.

Program Fees and Payment Information

A non-refundable 50 percent deposit is due within 30 days of booking your program, and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled program date. If payment is not received within this time frame, the New England Aquarium reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Parking Information

The New England Aquarium does not own any parking facilities. We strongly encourage all participants to use public transportation when visiting the Aquarium.

By Subway

Aquarium Stop on the MBTA’s Blue Line. Other subway lines connect to the Blue Line: State Street on the Orange Line, Government Center on the Green Line, and South Station on the Red Line (a 15-20 minute walk). You can plan your trip at www.mbta.com.

By Car

Overnight rates for Boston parking can be very high, and some garages have height limits. We recommend contacting nearby garages to inquire about overnight rates. Recommended garages include:
