Groups of 10 or more must reserve two weeks in advance to receive discounts and express entry into our facilities. Discounted ticket prices are available for Aquarium admission, Simons IMAX Theatre, Whale Watch and combination tickets.

Reservation Office Hours of Operation

The reservation office hours of operation are different from the Aquarium's hours. Our reservationists are available seven days a week from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. from April though October, then Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
