Applications for outreach programs should include:

  • A completed visit/outreach request form (pdf)
  • An annual report and/or certificate of tax exemption to show that your organization qualifies for free group admission
  • A letter addressed to the Aquarium Community Programs staff that describes the mission of your organization and the people who will benefit from the free programming

Please note that visit requests are not booked until you receive a confirmation letter with a reservation number from our reservations department. If you do not receive a confirmation letter one week prior to your requested visit, please call the Community Programs office at 617-973-0281 to confirm.
