Group Payment and Final Headcount

Please call the overnight coordinator at 617-226-2123 to make a reservation for a group or family overnight.

Groups must submit a 50 percent deposit within 30 days of booking a reservation. Payment can be made by organization check or credit card.

The remaining balance and your final group headcount must be received within two weeks of your overnight date. You will be responsible for the cost of all spaces you reserve. The Aquarium reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the payment deadlines are not met. Please stay in communication with the Overnight Coordinator at 617-226-2123 or overnights@neaq.org if there are any situations that might cause you to cancel.
