Boston Harbor Seaside Educator's Guide (Developed in 2003)

This Seaside Educator's Guide pdf (1.9mb) provides a variety of creative ways to help students establish a connection to the rocky and sandy shores, tidal mudflats, salt marshes — and the creatures such as habor porpoises and seals, fish and waterfowl, mussels and kelp that inhabit them — that are accessible from Boston Harbor, or any New England coastal area.

Penguin Teacher Guide (Developed in 2005)

Includes information on the various penguin species, penguin anatomy, behavior, habitats and conservation, as well as activities for the classroom and at the Aquarium. These activities enhance any visit to the Aquarium's penguin exhibit. For your convenience we also have a Penguin Teacher Guide pdf (1mb).

Jellies Teacher Guide (Developed in 2004)

This guide provides information and basic lesson plans for different grade levels. These activities complement the Amazing Jellies kit, which contains most materials necessary for these activities, and enhances any visit to the Aquarium's Amazing Jellies exhibit.

Closer Look Workshop Teacher Guide (Developed in 2001)

Closer look is a special program for teachers in using science to help students develop observation and literacy skills. This teacher guide describes the program and includes sample activities.
