Investigating Water and Energy Concepts in the State Frameworks

What are the roles of water and energy across the globe? How do they impact our daily lives and the lives of animals around us? Join us to investigate these concepts as we explore energy, the oceans, freshwater ecosystems, and how water has shaped the earth. We will engage in hands-on investigations of objects in motion, dig deeper to understand how a variety of forces have formed our planet, and explore energy and heat transfer in land and ocean ecosystems, including how animals are adapted to acquire and retain energy. At each site you will also gain a better understanding of the educational resources available to you for teaching water and energy content through inquiry-based lessons.
