Groups of 10 or more must reserve two weeks in advance to receive discounts and express entry into our facilities. Discounted ticket prices are available for Aquarium admission, Simons IMAX Theatre, Whale Watch and combination tickets.

Reservation Office Hours of Operation

April – October

Seven days a week, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern time zone

November – March

Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern time zone

Please note, the reservation office hours of operation are different from the Aquarium's hours.
