With fewer than 400 North Atlantic right whales left on Earth, these critically endangered animals need help from Congress more than ever. Congressman Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) introduced legislation in the House and Senate to provide support for the conservation of North Atlantic right whales. The SAVE Right Whales Act of 2019 will provide grants that states, non-profits, and members of the fishing and marine shipping industries can use to fund essential research and efforts that help us end this species’ slide to extinction.
Please show your support for North Atlantic right whales by asking your Representative to request that Speaker Pelosi bring the SAVE Right Whales Act to the House floor for a vote before the end of this Congress.
On behalf of the remaining 400 North Atlantic right whales, the New England Aquarium thanks you for your support.
