We are committed to an Aquarium that is open and accessible to everyone. Visitors using wheelchairs and visitors with visual impairments are welcome at the Aquarium free of charge. Guide dogs and service dogs are also welcome.

Strollers are permitted in most areas, although visitors are encouraged to check them at the entrance on the first floor where they can be easily retrieved. American Sign Language intrepreters are available once a month and assisted listening devices are available at the IMAX Theatre Box Office and Aquarium Information Desk. A closed-caption Aquarium tour is also available for download to hand-held media players. Groups of visitors with hearing impairments can arrange special guided tours or arrange for an ASL interpreter.
