What is an employee matching gift program, and how does it work?
Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which a company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. It’s an easy way to multiply your contribution to us!
The process is simple. After you complete the submission process determined by your employer, the company will validate match eligibility based on internal guidelines. If the donation is eligible, the company will then send a donation of the same value (or higher, depending on the program) directly to us!
How do I request a matching gift?
A matching gift request must be initiated by the donor. You can do this by filling out and submitting a match form provided by your employer. This is often an electronic process but may require a paper form.
