Shark and Ray Awareness Day
Join us on July 14 to celebrate Shark and Ray Awareness Day and learn why protecting them is so important to healthy ocean ecosystems. Themed programming includes a virtual-reality shark adventure, shark-themed talks with our educators and biologists, a special enrichment session at the Trust Family Foundation Shark and Ray Touch Tank, Exploration Station activities, and more!
Marine Mammal Behind the Scenes Tour
Join our trainers for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience with our California sea lions and Atlantic harbor seals! See where the animals' food is prepared, learn how and why enrichment toys are created, and enjoy up-close views of some of their favorite behind-the-scenes spaces. Please note that, while you may see the animals, this is not an interactive animal encounter.
