About
Camille Ross is an Associate Research Scientist in the Spatial Ecology Mapping and Assessment Program (EcoMap). She is an early career oceanographer and ecological modeler with an interest in conservation from a quantitative perspective. Camille is currently working on completing her dissertation, which focuses on producing model-based estimates of right whale prey availability and incorporating these estimates into cetacean management tools. She has also worked on experimental forecasts of right whale habitat suitability with respect to different climate change scenarios, right whale prey analysis in Southern New England, and cross-border right whale and zooplankton modeling collaborations.
