Organizational Culture and Capacity
From our staff to our guests, we’re improving engagement around sustainability and finalizing a set of priority projects, as well as timelines to get them done.
Recent Successes
- Capacity to Get It Done. In late 2025, we formed a new Sustainability Committee subgroup that helped identify key strategic budget priorities to support staff capacity and implementation of sustainability projects.
- One Home for Our Plan. We launched an internal sustainability site where staff can find the plan and current efforts in one place.
What's Next
- Measuring and Growing Engagement. We’ll measure and grow sustainability engagement among staff, volunteers, interns, and guests.
- Setting Priorities and Timelines. We’re finalizing priority resilience projects and timelines for implementation.
