New England Aquarium’s Dockside Beer Garden to host Oktoberfest celebrations

WHAT: The New England Aquarium will host family-friendly Oktoberfest celebrations at its Dockside Beer Garden, in collaboration with the Aquarium’s hospitality partner, Sodexo Live!, and Sam Adams. Entry is free with food and beverage items available for purchase.

WHEN: Oktoberfest celebrations will take place the first three weekends of October (10/2-10/4, 10/9-10/12, and 10/16-10/18) from 12-7 p.m., weather permitting.

WHERE: Dockside Beer Garden at the New England Aquarium, 1 Central Wharf, Boston

DETAILS: On Saturday, October 10 from 2-5 p.m., Sam Adams will be onsite with fall beer samples, giveaways, and a Raise the Stein competition to see who can hold a full beer stein the longest. The beer garden will also be running a promotion the first three weekends of October for two Sam Adams beers and one pretzel served with Sam Adams beer cheese for $24.

Other food for purchase in the beer garden includes special menu items such as bratwurst bites, a fall apple salad, fall chicken sandwich, mini potato pancakes, a Sam Adams burger, and apple cider donuts served with hazelnut Nutella sauce and powdered sugar.
