New England Aquarium Library Discount Program
Thank you for your interest in the New England Aquarium Library Discount Program. Details regarding our current offerings are as follows:
- Only public libraries may participate in the program.
- Limit one passbook per library or branch.
- By enrolling in the program, you and your patrons will opt-in to being surveyed regarding your respective experiences.
- Program options are as follow:
- School-Year Program 2026-2027
⦁ Cost: $650
⦁ The school-year program will run from Tuesday, September 8 to Friday, May 28.
⦁ Passes will not be available on Thanksgiving Day (November 26, 2026) or Christmas Day (December 25, 2026). - Summer Program 2027
⦁ Cost: $200
⦁ The summer program will run from Tuesday, June 1, 2027 to Friday, September 3, 2027.
⦁ Passes will not be available on weekend days. - Combo Program 2026-2027
⦁ Cost: $850
⦁ The combo program will run from every day from Tuesday, September 8 to Friday, May 28. Starting Tuesday, June 1, 2027 to Friday, September 3, 2027, passes will only be available on weekdays.
⦁ Passes will not be available on Thanksgiving Day (November 26, 2026) or Christmas Day (December 25, 2026). From Tuesday, June 1, 2027 to Friday, September 3, 2027, passes will not be available on weekend days.
- School-Year Program 2026-2027
- Distribution must be free of charge to library patrons. Libraries may not charge a fee for coupons.
- Each coupon admits up to four people (adult, senior, child, or college) at a cost of $20 each. Children age 2 and under are not included in the admission count and are always admitted free.
- Coupons to the Aquarium will be valid only on the date printed on the coupon.
- Once tickets are issued, library patrons will be admitted to the Aquarium even if we are sold out to the general public at that time.
- We always recommend coupon holders visit neaq.org/visit before leaving home to confirm Aquarium hours and availability of daily programs.
- Library coupons may not be used in conjunction with school or group visits, nor be applied toward Aquarium programs, Simons Theatre tickets, or combination tickets.
- Library coupons or tickets obtained with library coupons may not be resold.
- Participation in the New England Aquarium Library Discount Program does not constitute a membership nor entitle the library’s staff or patrons to the benefits reserved for Aquarium members.
- Payment must be received no later than August 7, 2026, for delivery of a physical coupon book. If we do not receive payment by this time, your library will be automatically enrolled for a digital passbook.
