Summer 2026 Library Discount Program
Thank you for your interest in the New England Aquarium Library Discount Program. Details regarding the Summer 2026 Program are as follows:
- Only public libraries may participate in the program.
- Limit one passbook per library or branch.
- By enrolling in the program, you and your patrons will opt-in to being surveyed regarding your respective experiences.
- With your payment of $200, your library will receive a physical or digital book of dated coupons, one coupon for every weekday from May 26, 2026 through September 4, 2026.
- Distribution must be free of charge to library patrons. Libraries may not charge a fee for coupons.
- Each coupon admits up to four people (adult, senior, child, or college) at a cost of $20 each. Children under age 3 are not included in the admission count and are always admitted free.
- Coupons to the Aquarium will be valid only on the date printed on the coupon.
- Your patrons may redeem their coupons on-site at the Box Office. Once tickets are issued, library patrons will be admitted to the Aquarium even if we are sold out to the general public at that time.
- We always recommend coupon holders visit neaq.org/visit before leaving home to confirm Aquarium hours and availability of daily programs.
- Library coupons may not be used in conjunction with school or group visits, nor be applied toward Aquarium programs, Simons Theatre tickets, or combination tickets.
- Library coupons or tickets obtained with library coupons may not be resold.
- Participation in the New England Aquarium Library Discount Program does not constitute a membership nor entitle the library’s staff or patrons to the benefits reserved for Aquarium members.
- Payment must be received no later than April 15, 2026, for delivery of a physical coupon book by May 26, 2026. If we do not receive payment by this time, your library will be automatically enrolled for a digital passbook.
- We no longer require advance reservations for Library Pass holders. Patrons with Library Passes will visit the Ticket Booth on the day of their visit to purchase their tickets. Patrons will be admitted to the Aquarium immediately after their transaction is complete, regardless of if we are sold out to the general public during that time slot.
